This page is draft content for development and design purposes only. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and must not be treated as FlyVill's final terms until legal sign-off.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlyVill website and mobile app (together, the "Platform") and any flight search, comparison or booking made through it. By searching for flights, creating an account or completing a booking on FlyVill, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who we are

FlyVill is an online travel agent ("OTA") registered in England and Wales. We act as an intermediary: we search fares from airlines and other travel suppliers on your behalf and pass your booking to them, using Duffel as our flight booking platform. The actual contract of carriage is between you and the operating airline, and is subject to that airline's own conditions of carriage and fare rules.

3. The booking process

When you search for flights, we show you live fares returned by our airline and supplier partners at that moment; prices and availability can change before you complete payment. A booking is only confirmed once we have taken payment in full and you have received a booking confirmation with a reference number. Please check all names, dates and routes carefully before paying — airlines typically charge a fee, or may refuse outright, to correct passenger name errors after ticketing.

4. Fares, fees and pricing

Displayed fares include the base fare and airline taxes/carrier charges unless stated otherwise, and are shown in GBP. Some fares carry additional restrictions, such as non-refundable tickets, checked-baggage exclusions or advance-purchase requirements — these are shown before you pay wherever the airline makes that information available to us. Optional extras (seat selection, extra baggage, etc.) are charged separately and clearly itemised before checkout.

5. Payments

We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor, to handle card payments. FlyVill does not store your full card details on its own servers. All transactions are processed in GBP unless otherwise shown at checkout, and your bank or card issuer may apply its own foreign transaction fees for non-GBP cards.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the operating airline attached to your specific ticket, not by a single FlyVill-wide policy. Some fares allow free changes or cancellation within 24 hours of booking; others are entirely non-refundable and non-changeable. Where an airline permits a change or refund, we will pass on any airline-charged fee, plus our own reasonable administration fee for the time spent processing the request on your behalf. If your airline cancels or significantly reschedules your flight, we will help you pursue the refund or re-routing that airline owes you under its own conditions of carriage and applicable law (for example UK Regulation 261/2004, where it applies).

7. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas, transit permits or health/entry requirements needed for your itinerary, and for arriving at the airport with enough time to check in. We're not liable for denied boarding, missed connections or refused entry caused by missing or invalid travel documents.

8. Our liability

As a booking intermediary, our liability is limited to the accuracy of the booking service we provide; the operating airline is liable for the flight itself, including delays, cancellations, baggage loss and denied boarding, under its conditions of carriage and applicable air passenger rights law. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform — for example by scraping fares at scale, making speculative bookings you don't intend to complete, or attempting to interfere with the Platform's security or normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this.

10. Intellectual property

The FlyVill name, logo, and the Platform's design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how the Platform works. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and where a change is material we'll take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
